As indicated by one of the forum members my MM icon does not appear on my forum profile. On setting up the MM I registered the MM on my profile and when I logged into my profile and noticed the MM icon was missing. I contacted DJI support with no success, all my PM's to them where ignored. My logs from the MM are updateing from my profile on Flightdata as with my other drones. If anyone has a suggestion to get my MM icon to show on my profile please advise

I have a similar problem, I also had a new drone, and I sent the serial number, but as you can see, the MM icon is still missing...

This is very strange. Did you get it from an authorized DJI dealer?

No idea, I know it was repaired at some point, the controller and batteries are April 2017 and the drone May 2018. I'm the second owner.

I don't know what you think is strange, when the original drone was sent for repair dji obviously sent my mate a new one.
Anyway my MP shows on the avitar and I'm not the original owner who activated it.

0.54 shows the serial number...
1.02 shows that the seal on the box is intact...

How can I activate the drone without breaking the integrity of the seal on the box?!
