I purchased MA2 fly more combo 3 weeks ago, and I did about 10 flies so far. I charged all three batteries one by one on the single charger every time, but all three of them can only be charged to around 95%. One of the battery required a firmware update, but after the update, it still only charges to 95%. The other two batteries did not ask for firmware update.

I'm just wondering if anyone experience the same issue and how can I fix this problem? Thanks!

This is strange, first battery is updated with new fw. (for aircraft and remote) update but every other battery needs to be updated separately with latest fw. Smart battery is getting auto-discharged in 24 hours after recharging to 96% and to aprox. 60% in a week. Are you flying the same day you recharged batteries?

It has to be thinking it is full @ 95 %.  I would just keep an eye on your readings, but keep flying.

I believe I flew the next day after charge. I thought the default discharge is from the 10th day like my MP and MA. Is there somewhere I can set when to discharge? I'm so used to Go 4 app, still familiar myself with the new app.

Unfortunately can not be set at the moment (many users miss features from Go4 BTW). It is new DJI safety feature (to prevent battery swelling). The best practice is to fly within 24 hours from recharge.
I suggest to check if the bat. fw. is the same for all batteries, the app request is on the main screen (not in camera view).
Happy flying!
