Hello,

I have a Phantom 1 that worked great before I packed it up and mailed it off. Now when attempting to start it, the motors will make a clicking noise and barely turn.  Here are two videos that show the behavior:




The drone makes the correct sound on battery connection. We have tried four different batteries including a brand new one. When pulling in and down on the two joy sticks it shows this behavior, and moving either stick after that doesn't make it do anything.

Usually something like that would indicate a bad ESC or a bad motor, but you've got it on three motors, and the 4th motor is not doing anything at all.  I would take the top off and remove, inspect, and reinsert the cables that lead from the ESCs to the centerboard.  It's worth a try.  Good luck.
