I even get 'great' video's from my MP
Although it is getting ready for replacing soon.
Just have to wait until a CE C1 approved drone will appear.

These Mavic are strong buggers if looked after and can go for years.

Yeah, I know it has limitations (mostly camera wise) but I know how to get around them and live with those shortcomings.

So I'm saving for a replacement, but really hope DJI will release one that is CE C1 approved so I don't have to worry about the new EU legislation that is on the way.
(postponed twice now because of Covid)

Hopefully the M3 will have some nice bells and whistles to it to make it worth upgrading

I could live with a MA3 OR M3xx with almost the same specs AND a CE C1 approval.
But then again, that would mainly serve the EU market.
So I guess they will up the game even more.
Especially now that Autel gets a bit more followers

Yeah I see a lot of Dji pilot heading over to the dark side or should I say orange side. Autel is a good drone but not without its faults. I joined their Facebook page and have seen a lot of those Evo 2 falling from the sky, fly aways etc, so its not a perfect drone and has its own set of issues like Dji but apparently Autels customer support is excellent and they send a new drone quick and fast if warranty claim is approved.

From what I heard (mainly via Alex) the height limitation that DJI is giving is killing him in the mountains.
EVO has a higher maximum, so that is the main reason.
Plus various NFZ's that showed up for no reason, disabling him to fly after driving for hours.
So he was fed up.

I also noticed that with the recent app update, before the places I could fly now needs authority to fly. Makes my play area much smaller so I have to drive like 30 to 50 km to get to a non NFZ spot

Yeah. They are trying to give some confidence to the authorities because we (pilots) don't really fly by the rules.
(not all of course)
