Hi DJI forum. A drone replacement was paid for through DJI care refresh (Mavic Air) and was sent out on 4th September with estimated delivery 8th September. It had not arrive by 8th September and I was advised to wait another week. It was declared missing by the Courier on 23rd September, and I informed the DJI service centre in Melbourne, Victoria so they can seek a solution through the courier. Appreciative that there are delays due to COVID, however the service centre has yet to contact the courier (confirmed by the courier today) and I am unsure when or if I will be receiving my drone. Can I please get an update or escalation of this case?
