The drone reported Battery Authentication Failed message on one of its battery. I tried firmware update but not works. From what I've been reading in other forums, some users report it's the battery's SN not in DJI's database. The battery's status is fine and all the status can be read through DJI go, I'm wondering if this can be fixed remotely.

Hi there, sorry for the trouble with the battery, it cannot be solved remotely. If it is still under warranty period, please send back for the after-sales service.
