Defective camera? DJI moderator please reply!

Hello, so I just received my Mavic 2 Pro and upon looking at the camera i noticed that one of the gimbal motors was split quite widely open to the point where you can see the wires inside. I checked images online and no other drone seems to be like this. Does anybody known if this is normal and if it might be a concern? Thanks for the help.

Is that split, looks more like a rubber. If split you can send it back.

That looks like the rubber seal to me. But no, it is not normal to separate from the main body of the gimbal. Monitor it and if it gets worse then I would send it back or just send it back now if its bothering you.

It might be the lighting, but it is definitely not rubber, it's a gap.

Thanks for the response! Would appreciate it if someone from DJI could give a suggestion as well, because it is quite troublesome to send it back and wait for a replacement. Also, if this helps at all, when I lightly try to squeeze the gap together, the camera tilts upward by itself. No idea...

I would say send it back mate, could cause other issues later on.
