Hi guys,

I have tried several times to update the firmware to my DJI Mavic Pro using the DJI Assistant Software with my Mac Book Pro.
Unfortunately, it doesn't work as you can see in the picture below!

The most upgrades on my P3S and Maviv PP i did via Go app and Go4 app as well without any bricks. The Assistant on Win i must start it with adminrights,but on Mac i don´t know yet how to start it as admin. Sorry.

Hi Suren, I am trying but it is stuck at 1%, I am wondering if the not so fast internet connection can affect that. But I am talking about at least more than 15 minutes stuck at 1% !!!!

Hello there Piero. I am soryy for the trouble this has caused and thank you for reaching out. Are you able to try using a different PC or try to download the DJI Assistant 2 ( https://www.dji.com/mavic/info#downloads ) once again for us to be able isolate the said issue? Thank you.
