Hello everybody
is there anyone else with the issue on the sd slot cover?
This mavic pro 2 has very few hrs of flight and the cover has been opened really 50/60 times maximum.

as you can see in the pic the plastic part used to lock the cover is deformed.
Is this normal?

is this covered by warranty?

thanks

It's a irrelevant detail. Just rip it off just like I did the first day, the card will not fall of ...

It's just a soft plastic clip - it's going to wear over time

What is the way you use to download data from the sd?
- remove the sd from the slot
- use the usb cable connected to a pc?

Thanks

Hi Ginopino,

I take the sd from the slot, read it out on my pc and reformat the SD in the drone.

You're welcome

Files from the internal storage via USB directly from the drone.
For importing files from the card - I take out the card and place it directly into my computer via a Sandisk USB reader.

Then I place the card back into the drone and format both before recording.

I use the usb cable to my phone and download to it,  i do not tend to take the sd card out and have never had any probs. The plastic cover on the usb slot is a bit tricky and have found that if you push the back bit in first then it fits fine. Have done that bout 200 odd times. Keeps dust and debris out so ripping it off is not wise in the long run. Perhaps dji will send you another one or someone who does not need theirs will.

I take my SD card out and read it on my laptop and I never had a problem with this loosening.

Hello there Ginopino. I am sorry for the trouble this has caused and thank you for reaching out. If the said SD slot cover is affecting your DJI Mavic 2 Pro when in use, I would recommend for you to contact our DJI Support Team for us to be able to check the said drone. In addition I would recommended for you to remove the SD card on the drone and plug the said SD card on a card reader to a computer for you to be able to transfer the data you need. Thank you.
