Hi everyone,
I have just purchased a second hand DJI osmo mobile 3.
I am having issues with balancing it, and when I turn it on with phone in place the tilt motor keeps hitting the little plastic stop piece and starts going a little crazy.
I have logged into the app, but when I open it, it says gimbal error. I also cannot control anything with any of the buttons on the Osmo Mobile.
Is there a way to factory reset these things? maybe it doesnt like it as I do not have the same phone as the previous owner and how they set it up for their phone?
Help would be much appreciated!
