I am unable to load the firmware list for my Ronin-S via the DJI Pro Assistant for RoASUVORK5CYII=[/img]

What can I do to get this to work? Seems like the initial url, https://mydjiflight.dji.com/links/links/hg700 is sending a 302 - Redirection to terra-2-g.djicdn.com which isn't found

Hi there, sorry for the inconvenience caused. Are you installing DJI Pro Assistant For Ronin v2.0.2? First, please ensure the network of your computer is normal. Connect the Ronin-S via the USB-C cable, power on the Ronin-S and then try again. If there is no luck, please have a try with another cable or computer. You can also try to remove the Focus Wheel and then check again.

Hey Mindy,

this is definitely not a network or computer issue. I followed this tutorial: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YCe2yxmRp08  and downloaded the dji pro assistant for ronin. I have a ronin-s that i just bought within the last week.

The logs are clearly stating that the app is able to make a request to https://mydjiflight.dji.com/links/links/hg700, which returns a 302. The redirect is clearly not available: terra-2-g.djicdn.com’s server IP address could not be found.

please have your devs or IT people look into this.
