Hi, is anyone else having issues, where their Mavic Air 2 batteries only charge to about 68%?  No matter how long they stay on the charger, they only get to around 65-70%.  It's happening with all 3 of my batteries (Fly more combo)  So flight time is greatly reduced.

Have you tried charging on the single charger, not the one that charges all 3 batteries at once.

Hello there Dkds7088. I am sorry for the trouble this has caused and thank you for reaching out. Can you please try to refresh the  firmware of your DJI Mavic Air 2 with the said intelligent flight batteries. After the said process please try to charge the said batteries using the DJI Mavic Air 2 charger  for us to be able to isolate the said issue. Thank you.

I'm having the same issue only my batteries are getting to 57%


I will try update the firmware so see if this helps.
