I have a Mavic pro platinum my problem is my Drone does not want to record the video, I Don't know why.
Please Help

1/ What is the full description of the SD card you are using in the aircraft?
2/ Did you for format the card in the camera?
3/ If so, when?

As Geebax posted on post #2 what is the specification of the SD card you arte using please and can you please try using a different suggested SD card for us to be able to isolate the said issue. Hello, this memory card should work on your MP Platinum. Have you tried to format it while it is in your drone, trough DJI go 4 app and then start recording?

Yes i already did, but he doesn't  work

Where did you get the memory card?

Stick in a computer, format it FAT32
Then stick in the drone and format again.

There are issues with some memory cards bought off eBay or other sites, that "claim" they are what they say, but, well, you know the rest of the story.
Buying from a seller that has plenty of positive feedback doesn't help much.  Best to buy from a local retailer, even if it means paying a buck or two more.

Well, what does it do when you hit the record button and can you record Photos on it?  Do you have any problem with stills?

When I press the camera button it gives me nothing. But the Pictures button works

You can not format the microSD card in the drone.
MicroSD card works with Pictures, but not Video.

MicroSD card may not be problem, but you need to try a different microSD card.

Other possibilities, something is wrong with DJI GO App, your Mavic Pro P has got a problem.

Still I would first try another card. Maybe this card is not original and it is too slow when writing data on it. If that would not work, then I think you have a software problem. Reinstall app and if this does not help, reinstall firmware.

It might be gimbal cables. Look at this post, man has the same problem.
