Update firmware error - M300 no longer works
We got the copter new. Then we did 2 test flights. Everything OK.
Then we started the firmware update and this is started again and again. Tried using the smart controller. Also via the PC. Now the copter doesn't start anymore. Red flashing and the start music no longer comes. Enclosed screenshots. Does anyone know any advice?

Hi Rudi, sorry for the late response and the difficulties on updating the firmware, if it keeps failing, you are recommended to send back the drone to DJI repair center for the diagnosis, our repair team will help figure it out.
