I'm kind of giving up on hearing about the release of the new Ronin gimbals. They are supposed to be released this month but there is no follow up announcement. I'm thinking it might be postponed again...

I am guessing that since they haven't postponed it yet, they won't postpone it once again. It is highly unprofessional to make official announcements that cancel each other out.

I hope that it will be anounced on 14 of October

Well, I hope so. But its also unprofessional to not have a launch date at the same month of the release. What makes you think it could be the 14th?

There is a DJI Product Launch Event on 14th October 2020. I am expecting to see the announcement then.

Let's hope so.

At first it was just for Drone Mapping, but then DJI Tweeted "What's better than 1 announcement?" i would assume that the answer is "2 announcements".
We wait and see.
