Hello I need help I have problems stabilization during normal walking and to put a video to specify what exactly it is about my phone is Huawei p30pro in practice can not be used with DJ OM4. I am the last application on the phone as well as in the last one firmware. Amazing vertical shake !!! I have had other gambol from the cheaper ones and I have not had such a problem.Please help before returning the device as inoperative.

Can you please try using a different recommended mobile device on your DJI OM 4 for us to be able to isolate the said issue. checked Xiaomi Mi 8 phone The problem is the same I checked it with the LG G3 the same problem.
the last phone is not in the list but that's why I decided to check with such a phoneI also used external applications Filmic Pro and 4K camera Pro last Just was a shockingly nasty result.
The dumb thing in all this work is that I sold a cheaper Chinese gimbol which did not have this problem to buy the more expensive and brands DJI which is shockingly bad !!!

I'm 100% sure the problem is software and I really hope you fix it because it's very annoying I don't want to leave the gimbal. if you walk very very slowly The problem is barely perceptible But a person doesn't go anywhere like that It's just my nature to move like an ant. please run update and fix the problem thanks.
