My osmo pocket gimbal keeps hiting the wide angle lens when I turn it on.... even after downloading the last firmware update.
Does any one has the same problem? or does anyone know how to RE-INSTALL the last update?
Yes it did. It was modified slightly for slightly thicker filters and lenses but I don't think it was ever meant for this one. The advice was always to mount such a lens after startup and remove before shutdown.
Ray.
Hello there Daniel. I am sorry for the trouble this has caused and thank you for reaching out. May we know if using the Freewell series filters? It is recommended to install the wide-angle filter after completing the gimbal calibration of the DJI Osmo Pocket. Thank you.

Thanks for your response.
Actually I'm using the Freewell wide angle lens.. Also I did the calibration but my Osmo pocket is still doing the 190° vertical gimbal rotation when starts

Actually one of the nice things from the last update is that DJI apparently has fixed that issue.
When it stars, it doesn't rotate that much... so you don't have to put or remove the lens every time
