Amazing footage. Being half German myself its a place I've always wanted to visit and explore this location because of the history involved, although dark.. What a great tool the drone can be to get perspective on where you are and try to search for landmarks etc from above. Looking forward to your next one. .

Thanks for sharing this.  For those of us whose forefathers were on the other side, we are inundated with their point of view and rarely any other. However,  I have had some great conversations with men who served in the German army and navy in WW2, and they were doing the same thing our chaps were doing, sadly that's the result of the very worst side of politics.  And you did not question your master.... War is abominable.

So it is interesting to see a different perspective.  Please continue to make these great documentaries, and of course include lots of MA2 footage!

A very interesting flight to visit this place. But I believe flying over the high-voltage lines is absolute in Germany forbidden. In the DFS-App you can get this info.
