After replacing the gimbal/camera on our Mavic Air 2, all was working but the gimbal was pointing 20 degrees off to the right - despite calibration and reflashing firmware, we couldn't solve it until we ran through this process with the DJI Utilities. It has fixed the dodgy yaw but some app errors are still unfortunately present, but it's progress and hopefully this step-by-step video will help others.
The same process applies to other DJI drones, therefore the same procedure can be used with almost every other model.
DJI if you can help us to get rid of the app errors, we'd REALLY appreciate it!
Thanks man! No if only, I shoot and edit at lunchtimes, or late in the evening once our little boy is in bed! It's tiring, exhausting, but I love it and I'm passionate about it! The comments and interaction with viewers keeps me doing it, it's very rewarding!

DJI Stephen, not sure you are actually reading or watching the uploaded content, and responding like a human...because the OP is asking you for further help by allowing us to clear the errors in the app / drone. And you are telling him its a great find and good video.
