Hello,

Hoping someone can help me out. I own an aerial Photography business and have a live streaming job coming up.

When I use the standard controller with my iPhone 11 Pro Max I click stream to FB, Go Live, and then am able to click my name and switch to my business Facebook account to stream from.

When I try to do the same on the smart controller I get to the spot where I would switch to my business Facebook page to stream from instead of my personal page, nothing happens. Nothing happens at all when I click it to try to change where I’m streaming to.

I’ve tried DJI support, but they were unable to help me. Hopefully someone on here can help me out as I would like to use the expensiveeeee smart controller to do this job. It is also much nicer in the hands when flying!

Yes, I am either on a hotspot from my iPhone or from my house.
