The serial number on my mavic pro platinum I just purchased is 08QCG6CP1257ZR, but it doesn't have the platinum written above Mavic Pro on one of the arms and it appears there is a sticker over the original area where the serial number is.  

I'd like to confirm this is actually a mavic pro platinum.  What is the best way for me to confirm?

Hey there. I'm new to DJI but not to drones. Got a Mini 2 and love it. I ran out of time to get DJI refresh care and need to do the video thing to get it, but the only camera I have is on my phone! lol so I can't film it flying. Anyhow, can you check my serial number? Do you track the history of the drone through its serial number? Like, if it's been repaired and a part is replaced for example. I just want to make sure that when I get the Care Refresh that it will work, like if I move out of the country, which I plan on doing. Also, I just want to make sure there is nothing shady in my drone's past.

One of the batteries isn't working so it has me a lil bit sus. The battery seems to be stuck in hibernation mode (I think), and I hope there is nothing wrong with it. I think I need to plug it into the PC and update firmware to fix the battery, but that's easier said than done as it won't update unless full battery, which it says is not. So I don't really know what to do. Anyhow, can you check my drone's SN and PM me how new it is and if any parts of it had ever been replaced/repaired or anything else you can tell me about the Mini 2's history.
