After two weeks of Covid quarantine on arriving in the UK, the weather turned nasty for another week or so. But today, a nice break between showers enabled me to FINALLY get the M2Z into the sky for its first flight over British soil

After this morning's flight, I went up the hill to the golf course, but it was too blustery and the rain clouds were rolling in. Tomorrow's forecast is reasonable.

I can well imagine. Even the MA2 drifted for a few seconds in what must have been a 30MPH gust at one point

Thanks Depp. It's surrounded by Canada Geese at the moment, and I think they're regrouping for the migration soon. I believe this pond virtually dries up in the heat of summer,
