I tend to feel that way too.
We can't control everything in life.

To be expected given how relaxed many seem to be about it hanging out in groups and ignoring the guidelines

Maybe, just maybe, we should not focus on the case numbers.
We don't count flu infections, we don't count fever infections.
Just one little problem, we are not resistant to this virus yet.
So we don't know how to fight it and sometimes lose that battle.
I'm starting to feel every now and then this is just one more virus that will be among us for all time.
So we should arm ourselves by teaching our body how to fight it.
But that will cause lives.
That is true.
Just like many other viruses did back in 'the days'.
So I have not made up my conclusion yet.

Prevention is better than cure but the fact there is no cure makes prevention that much more important. I'm sure we will find a cure but it won't be next week and I believe even next year. This virus will be around for a long time to come. Welcome to the 21st century plague...

And possibly there is no 'cure' (just like with a lot of viruses out there)

Yet to be seen - Oxford university say they are 'close' to finding one but beyond me.

Constant Zoom conference calls - I was leading a multi million project with 85 staff on my MacBook Air sat at my dining table - impossible to do then my sons nursery shut down until further notice to threw the towel in and became a gentleman of leisure since buying the new drone. I will obviously have to return to work but not just yet
