Dear DJI Customer service,
I have recently opened a new case because my Phantom 4 pro's gimbal is malfunctioning (case n° CAS-5220949-J7S0R5)
I am waiting (I have been waiting 5 days already) for the shipping lable since my drone is, to my knowledge, still covered by the 24 months insurance.
