Hello,
Following an error message on the DJI go app while flying my mavic 2 zoom saying that my rear sensor need to be calibrated because its not working, i plugged the drone on my computer with the assistant software and when i reached the moment of calibrating the rear sensors, they dont connect/show on my computer screen so i'm not able to calibrate the rear sensor of my dji mavic 2.
Can someone help me?

Hello there Xavier. I am sorry to know that you are having issues with the sensors of your DJI Mavic 2 Zoom. Before this issue happened, was there a hard landing or a crash that happened to the said drone? In addition, a monitor display of 14 inches or bigger is recommended for the calibration. Please set the display’s resolution to the recommended default value. (Usually, the 14-inch display’s resolution should be set at 1366*768 or 1440*900. The 17-inch display’s resolution: 1366*768 or 1280*720. The 19-inch display’s resolution: 1366*768 or 1440*900. The 22-inch display’s resolution: 1680*1050 or 1920*1080. The 24-inch display’s resolution: 1920*1080 or 1920*1200.) Thank you.
