My spark dropped out of the air mid-flight with a 70+% battery. I can't register an issue using the DJI assistant 2 nor can I find a support page. I have issues with entering my phone number as I try to make a case using the information from this forum post.So exported my logs and made them available viawetransfer here (please let me know if i have to upload them at another place). I think some parts of the drone broke during the crash, so I can't properly fly my spark anymore. Very sad about this.

I would recommend for you to contact our DJI Support Team at https://www.dji.com/support?site=brandsite&from=nav for further assistance. If the said drone is still under the warranty period and it is evaluated as a non-pilot error, the warranty service will be provided. Again, I am sorry for your loss and thank you for your understanding.
