My osmo+ will not connect to the DJI Go app on my iPhone. I connect via wifi to the DJI network when it appears but when I return back to the app I get the dark screen and everything N/A N/A N/A with zero battery information. This has happened in the past, but has been an easy fix but now not so much. Anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this?

Can you please try using a different recommended mobile device to see if the issue will still persist and can you please post a sample photo of the said error massage you are receiving on the DJI Go application for us to check and assist you further?
