My Mavic Air controller will not connect to my laptop.
The laptop makes the connection sound but after about 6 seconds makes the disconnection sound.
The DJI Assistant is open and the controller is switched on and beeps continually.
Any ideas?

Can you please try to download the DJI Assistant 2 on this link ( https://www.dji.com/mavic-air/info#downloads ) once again and try to connect your DJI Mavic Air remote controller to see if it will be detected and if the issue persist kindly please try using a different PC for us to be able to isolate the said issue.
