Hi, I have a problem, my controller won’t charge and it won’t connect to my phone. When I plug it into my pc a have an error message telling me that my USB port don’t have enough power. I tried with many different wire and it won't work, I can fly my drone with no problem but I can't connect my phone to controller. So I was wondering if DJI repaire it or if I need to buy a new one.

Give the connector a good clean and see if that makes any difference. If not, ship it to DJI as you can't buy new replacements of just the RC.

I saw that they sell ones on Amazon and on other sites, if I can buy a new one, do you think I can connect it to my drone? And I think I broke the port because it is clean and my pc feel that there is something connected to it USB port so.

If it's a genuine DJI MM RC in full working order then yes, you can link the RC to the drone.

Based on the photo that looks good to me but just check out the returns policy to be safe

Those connector ports and are delicate. Some ( not saying you) have tried to force the plug in upside down and have broke them.  By the picture it look beaten up. But that could just be the camera.

It isn't just the connector that is different between USB-C and Micro-USB. There is a signal difference so you could not change to a regular USB-C cable. You could change the connectors to USB-C types on both the controller and cable as they are and that would work as long as you paid attention to the orientation (USB-C is reversible, Micro is not). But the Micro-USB connector on the Mini controller has very tiny solder connections, way beyond my capabilities.

That port looks fairly distressed in your close-up. Damage may be the root cause of your problem?

The connector is definitely broken off there is no plastic just pins, it needs replaced/repaired.
