today while i was flying i got an error: Vision sensor error.
What does this error mean?How do i fix it? Do i have to do any recalibrations?

Seems odd to get a vision sensor error at 147 meters altitude unless it is a hardware fault. Scratch that, maybe it was on a hillside.

Hm i connected it yesterday but didnt found this option.

The thing is i was testing yagi antena booster adapters and the drone was at some point 2km away from me. Can these cause any errors because i lost connection a few times because i was checking how far can a drone go.
These drone was a replacement from my previous dji care refresh. And with these one i didnt have any crash or bad handling...

I've not experienced this error with my Mini, but I use the stock antennas on the RC, not a mod.

The Mini doesn't have obstacle avoidance sensors to calibrate mate - just a basic downward sensor which cant be calibrated on Assistant 2

Hi,

If you like upload your flightlog and DAT file for this flight.
Both files will tell more about this vision error.

What you can do a) fly again and see if this error pops up again  b) calibrate IMU.

Only errors wich can led to a crash (motor errors ect) are serious stuff, once a vision error is not serious.

Btw   this vision error must be the downward sensor...the only vision sensor on a MM.

if the error persists  than yes ofcourse, need to be repaired.

But many errors will pop up once a while...so if the errors doesn`t show up the next flights ; no worries.

IMU calibration may help sometimes (doesn`t do any harm) and / or installing firmware does help sometimes.

Hi, I just flew with him and no errors was showing up. Then i remembered that like half year ago i had the same error on previous mini and it never shoew again. So probably sometimes a little bug is detected and is showed as error... But still need to be careful and watch for any signeds of errors to be shown again...

Off topic those yagi booster adapters are amazing  Mini in EU will struggle to hit any further then 500 meters. The range with those is about 4x as big

Hello there vrho94fly. I am sorry for the trouble this has caused you before and it is good to know that after flying your DJI Mavic Mini again the errors did not show up. Just a reminder, that DJI don't recommend using third-party accessories such as the range extender or Yagi antennas to our DJI Products as we can not guarantee the outcome of using it and might void the warranty of the said DJI drone. Yes but from technical view the yagi antena adapters which just sits on the antennas are not responsible for any kind of troubles and errors like that...
This is the fault of hdw error or company poor written software...
The only reason would be for these to cause any trubles are to damage the controller antenas because you warent careful and that the drone went out from range and didnt come back...
Those adapters dont modify the remote... Because it stays in original condition... (not a hdw nor software modification)
