Does the M300 support ZTE MF833V?

Hi there, M300 RTK supports ZTE MF833V dongle (except for China Mainland), the APP it supports is DJI Pilot Android.

I have a ZTE MF833V dongle which works fine on my PC, but doesn't provide any data connection when plugged into my controller. I'm confident my APN setting are correct.

I have searched and searched for any instructions beyond "plug in the dongle"...is there any support for this?

I have the same issue: the exact same dongle works perfectly in my P4RTK controller, but when inserted in the M300's remote, all that happens is i get a message "cellular network adaptor inserted" and that's it. No internet connectivity, no RTK connection. I've heard that for some users updating the firmware on the ZTE cured the problem, but i have no clue on how to update the modem...

If anyone is still struggling with ZTE MF833V then go to WEB UI of this dongle (for example using your PC) and disable auto connect. It solved above issues for me. As always DJI does not disappoint with documentation about its products. It mentions that this module is compatible for example with Smart Controller Enterprise but does not provide any clues on how to configure it.

Hi there, the M30T remote control does not have a compatibility test for the ZTE MF833V, therefore, the performance is not guaranteed.

I had this issue as well, I set the connection to manual on the dongle like another user suggested with no luck. I then added the APN cellular network settings on the controller side as well and it appears to now show a 4G connection and is working properly. See if that works for you.
