Hi my Spark is not resseting its wifi i tried pressing the power for 10 secs and longer still nothing i cant use the spark. please help me. i tried to check for fix in this forum and didnt find any solution

Hi Chukne, press and hold the battery power button for nine seconds. When the aircraft makes three beeping sounds, the Wi-Fi SSID and password can be reset.
Did you hear three beeping sounds when pressing and holding the battery power button for nine seconds?
