I placed my order for the new RSC 2 the day it was launched and the payment was confirmed in a few minutes. From last Thursday till today, there are still no new updates.

Does anyone know how long it usually takes DJI to go from Payment Confirmed to preparing the product to be shipped?

I would love to use the gimbal by the end of the month, but I doubt it will be here in time since it says 12-19 business days.

They will need to confirm that. Sometimes they take orders before they have distributed the products.

The payment has already been confirmed. The next step in the process is "to be shipped" as can be seen in the screenshot. Does this mean that they just have to inform the courier to pick it up?

That means they have your order (and money) and need to assign the package to the courier. It should have stated when you placed the order what the ETA will be under the product.

For example, if I ordered the RSC 2 here in the UK it could take up to 19 business days (nearly 4 weeks) to be delivered to me.

Its the same situation for me, 12-19 business days. I asked because when I bought a Ronin S a couple of months ago, the shipping was 3-7 business days. Well, I guess I’m just too looking forward for my order to arrive haha!

Yeah, you'll find the shipping times decrease when stock levels improve. It's quite normal for a new DJI release to have a longer shipping time. The original Mavic Pro that was released in 2016 took up to 3 months... Things have improved since then but still, if you see your new Ronin this side of November you'll be a lucky man.

No, it more than likely will but 19 business days from now is November...
