Hi Everyone,

I bought this unit (Ronin SC) to use with my Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra and Panasonic G7.

I plugged in the "C to C" cable to the Ronin SC port but for some  reason, in timlapse Mode or any other "Create" mode, it will not record  video at all or even in the app, see through the camera?

I tried to record a moving timelapse just an hour ago and when i got done, nothing?

My first clue was when i was in the timelapse mode, setting up the way  points from left to right but could not see where i was putting the way  points in the image area as it was all greyed out and yet, it still let  me put all three way points in and start a 20 minute proccess....at the  end of the proccess, no video to be found.

Has anyone had success with this combo at all and if so, how did you get it to work...Help?...

Hello, currently the Panasonic G7 is not compatible with the Ronin-SC as the camera cable in the box is not supportive and the record button on the Ronin-SC cannot control the stop/start photo or video
on the camera. You can still shoot the Timelapse by using the camera or using third party Shutter control accessories to achieve that.

it should work with my Samsung S20 Ultra though as per your website bit it does not.
