hi i bouight thi battery from new..6 charges on it ..then i noticed the pins are damaged..i emailed dji support 3 weeks ago no reply..help

I have tried but unable to get your ticket number via your forum account, when you send an email to support@dji.com, you will get a ticket number automatically, could you please let me know the ticket number for better assistance?  I'd like to help you check it, thanks and looking forward to your reply.
