Two weeks ago my air 2 got stuck in a tree/destroyed. I couldn't recover it until the next day, at which point the battery had been fully drained. I charged it back up to around 60%, and it seemed to charge fine. I know fully draining it is not good, but is it safe to still use the battery, maybe just keep an eye on it?
Dji has sent a replacement drone in the mail (refresh). Props to how fast they were. I sent it to CA from MI, and I'll have it back in less than 2 weeks from when I shipped it.
I didnt send my controller in. I'm hoping i can bind my current controller to the new air 2? I'm assuming they just sent the replacement drone to me, and not another full package (controller, battery, etc)? On the shipment description from dji when they mailed it back to me said "air 2 aircraft and gimbal camera". The package weighs 3.3lbs so I'm thinkimg they sent me more than just another air 2. |
