DJI RS2 and Supersmooth

It requires a switch to enable.  Does it put a lot of stress on the components to use it all the time?

Hello there, we recommend you to use the lens-fastening strap before enabling the SuperSmooth, and please use that strap every time when using the long or heavy lens. This helps release the stress on the components. Let us know if you still have any questions on this.

In the case of a lens where the fastening strap can't be used (a zoom like the Sigma E mount 24-70 2.8 Art), is SuperSmooth ok to use regularly or even necessary to use at all?
