As the subject states, when attempting to setup the RTMP live stream URL, DJI Go 4 crashes.  Is there any fix to this problem?

Steps I'm taking:

• Menu > Select Live Broadcast Platform
• Select RTMP (custom)
• Tap the "Fill in URL" info
• App crashes
  

Seen this occur on an iPhone XR and an iPad 5th gen.  Both with the most current iOS.

There is another discussion on this forum regarding this problem, still not resolved by DJI , it’s very frustrating.

I should have never updated the app.  DJI IF YOU ARE VIEWING THIS, THE WORSE THING YOU CAN DO IS NOT RESPOND.  SAY SOMETHING! PEOPLE WHO SPEND THEIR HARDWORKING MONEY IN TIMES LIKE THIS NEED YOU TO SAY SOMETHING! --the next thing to happen is people will go elsewhere when the time comes instead of using paperweights.  A SHAME SUCH GREAT PRODUCTS HAVE SUCH POOR SUPPORT!!-- by the way no update yet still having issue with --as soon as you try to input any text in the "RTMP TEXT WINDOW" THE APP STILL CRASHES(CLOSES COMPLETELY)
