I’m flying a mavic pro 2 with a smart controler. I will be flying and out of know where the mavic comes to a complete stop. The message on the controller says to move the sticks to neutral position. Which when I do I can then move the aircraft. This happens at all different altitudes.
Does anyone know why this is happening??

I have had this happen on very bright days as it mis reads an obstacle.  Its probably worth posting your log from that flight here - http://phantomhelp.com/logviewer/Upload/

Sounds like the vision sensors are being affected by direct sunlight and the drone is perceiving that as an obstacle. It was quite common on the original Mavic Pro but I never experienced it on the M2P. You can try doing a vision sensor calibration using Assistant 2 For Mavic on your computer.

you should fly the drone near to your controller.
