I don't know if anyone else is experiencing this... but my DJI motor will not secure itself completely to the rod. I have tried many 12mm rods. The connection at the baseplate is solid, but the motor will start to turn under any torque. I get one rotation and then it pops out of gear. Am I missing some sort of insert? Thus far they are telling me to add some foam or gaf tape to fix it. To which I say... how about your assume there is a manufacturing issue and simply replace the motor to confirm that is, in fact, not user error. I bought a tilta nano motor v2, but sometimes, I just want to use the motor it came with to save weight and hassle. I thought it had to do the awkward setup necessary for a BMPCC 6k pro, but now I have a Lumix s5miix with a common format shape and it does the same thing. I am now getting anywhere with the chat. I've been trying to figure this out for over a year.
