Hi, I have a Mavic 2 Zoom.
I'm Italian and I need to register my drone in our portal.
I can't read the serial number of the remote controller, completely erased.

How can I find it?

Hello Gianco89, thank you for reaching out. You can see the serial number using the DJI Go 4 app. Follow the steps below:
1. Launch DJI Go 4 app and enter flight to enter the camera view.
2. Tap the three dots on the upper right corner.  
3. General Settings will showed up and swipe down until you see the "About" section and tap it.
4. Under the About section you can see there the Remote controller serial number as well as the Flight Controller Serial number.

I'm sorry, but there are only Flight Controller serial number and Camera serial number.

Have you tried DJI Assistant 2? I believe this also shows the controller SN.
