Because they want you to spend more money to buy the RS2 instead of the RSC2, duh.

I truly hope, this is the reason. Because it means, in a while 3D Focus will also be available for RSC2, because they also want us RSC2 owners to spend more money on accessories .

Nothing bad about that. We all want our paychecks, right?

And DJI really delivers... I'm an optical engineer myself and I know, how incredibly difficult it is, to design such high end products for affordable prices. So, thank you, DJI. I don't regret a buck I spent for your products.

Another voice to add here - I’m gutted that this is not supported. I’m sure you’ll drive additional sales of this accessory if you can figure out the necessary software tweaks to get this working on the RSC2

You so right and this is what I did, upgraded to the RS2 but to be honest I am very happy with the purchase

I can't afford the bulk aspect of RS2 ... but I would purchase the 3d focus solution right away if they would upgrade its use on RSC2 ...

Yeah, me too. I have the RSC2 and would immediately buy the 3dfocus if it would be compatible with RSC2...

The 3D focus is a fine idea but the execution is ... something else, you wouldn't be able to use it reliably and would revert back to manual focus pull.
