I use the Nikon Z6 in ProRes RAW and the Atomos Ninja V as an external monitor and recorder.
I wanted to know if this setup is compatible with the Raveneye and Activetrack 3.0.
In theory it could be configured like this: Nikon Z6 to Ninja V (HDMI in), then Atomos Ninja V (HDMI out) to Raveneye.

Have any tests been made?

I have GH5s with Ninja V and the RS2 Pro pack with the Raveneye. It does work for me connected in the manner you described but you would need a longer thinner more flexible hdmi cable than the one supplied and of course you would need to connect the Rveneye via USB to the gimbal

Do you mount both the Ninja V and a phone to run the Ronin app on the gimbal to do this? I'm plugging in the Raveneye to my Z7 and it just immediately disables internal recording. I'm wondering if I need the Atomos to use the raveneye tracking at all?

I have z6 and done connection exactly how you describe it.... so far, after first test all works fine.  I will test it more later but you good to go.

This is exactly what i'm trying to do but with canon r5.
Can you tell me where you got those cables? Also is there a way you can press record button on rs2 and it starts recording on the ninja v?

Hi, I got the cables from Amazon, they are 1 meter cables compatible with 4K (HDMI to MiniHDMI).
In order to control the camcorder from RS2 you must connect it with the dedicated USB cable.

Yes, of course!

Camera via HDMI to Ninja V (HDMI IN)
Ninja V (HDMI OUT) to RavenEye

Gimbal to RavenEye via USB-C
Camera to Gimbal via USB-C

Everything's work fine!

I have a Nikon Z6 attached to my recent purchased DJI Ronin RSC-2.  When I use the Raveneye it will display my cameras point of view while the camera is in Photo mode to my phone using the Ronin App. when I switch the camera to Video the live feed goes black. Did you also experience this? if so please help, is there a setting in the Nikon Z6 that needs adjusting?
