I think there is a model aircraft field there but requires membership - may look into that otherwise, that is a lot of open land around the forest but I'm not sure if drones are permitted

Last time I was there the forest that's just past the miller and Carter roundabout was free from restrictions.

Yeah, I've been there before but didn't have my drone with me. Some lovely scenery to capture and I've seen drone vids from the area on YT.

A pleasant evening sunset yesterday. Just the one flight to finish testing my new MA2 after calibrating everything - all went perfectly.
