Is there a way to update the firmware when using Catalina?  What is the work around?

Temporarily, you are recommended to download and install DJI Assistance for Matrice V2.0.13 https://www.dji.com/uk/matrice-300/downloads in your computer, then download DJI Pro Assistant For Ronin v2.0.2 and try whether it is working to update the firmware of Ronin-S.

I've found that by trying a different cable it worked. I used a data cable that came with an external so that I know it is able to do data transfers and not just provide charge
