It will work as long as the total weight does not exceed the limits of the OM4.  You may need counterweights for balancing and these can be found on Amazon.

Hello chmichael, thank you for reaching out. With the extra lens or Nd filters attached to a mobile device, Osmo Mobile can still be used with it. But as mentioned by col4bin in post #2, as long as the total weight does not exceed the limits of the Osmo mobile 4 and you have counterweights to balance you can still use it together with the Osmo Mobile 4.

There is a Screw Hole used to mount counterweights.

Lens nd filters appear to be too much but the lens alone works OK,   I have had issues when filming for 40 mins but normal amount of time is fine,  the OM4 also has a thread for adding counter weights.
