Hi BobBarker, sorry for the gimbal issue, please ensure the gimbal clamp has been removed, when the aircraft is being placed on the ground, please check if the ground is flat and smooth and if there is any debris stuck in the gimbal. If yes, please remove the debris, restart the aircraft, and then recalibrate the gimbal. If the issue persists, please connect to DJI Assistant 2 and refresh the aircraft firmware.
If there is still no luck, please go to Online Repair Request https://repair.dji.com/repair/index?site=brandsite&from=nav to start a ticket and send back the aircraft to DJI for diagnosis. |
