Hi everyone,


I was preparing my M2P to be sent for repair with DJI but, on the submission form info there is this note:


"DJI might charge a damage assessment fee of 50 Euros per hour if you refuse to repair your aircraft after being quoted."

What does it mean? If the repair price is too high and I don't want to repair my drone, I will be charged 50€ per hour after getting the quote repair??
Or I just have to tell them to send it back to me? In this case I will not be charged, right?

So, where the "quote repair" fits in here?

I thought if I send it in it was to know if I should repair it or not, depending on the price that DJI would do it!
Or it doesn't matter about the quote, it's just to inform you, that's it?
