Hello DJI and other regulation specialists :-)
As per my understanding, new EEC regulations, postponed from July 2020 to Jan 1st, 2021 for Covid reasons,allow  small drones under 250 grams to fly almost just anywhere, including above peoples head, including for movie / pics businesses at the condition that the drone is CE-compatible.

So is the Mavic Minic CE-compatible ?

In a nutshell: the more relevant piece of EU regulation is actually  this here: https://eur-lex.europa.eu/eli/reg_impl/2019/947/oj and article 20 will allow you to use your MM indefinitely according to rules as if it were certified according to the new standards . So it doesn't really matter whether the MM meets all the requirements in the new certification scheme, Article 20 of https://eur-lex.europa.eu/eli/reg_impl/2019/947/oj exempts the MM and all other legacy drones below 250g from the stuff in the regulation you cited, and spells out in the Annex what you can and cannot do with it.

Europe seem to be really embracing the small drones by giving them a blanket activity scope vs. the FAA Part 107 for value based use.
