Hi,

I made a flight today at 3200m above sea-level on a mountain with my Mavic Mini. When I wanted to let land my Mavic Mini, it didn't stop to go down further; even when I wanted to let the the drone go up it still went down until it crashed into the snow. Directly afterwards I has problems to control the drone and to land it. Does anyone have an idea what could have happened? Why didn't it react on my command to go up again?

Any hint would be great. Thanks!
